โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง การจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนา Soft Skills
สำนักศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม ร่วมกับกองพัฒนานักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร จัดโครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เรื่อง “การจัดการเรียนการสอนเพื่อพัฒนา Soft Skills" ขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 27-28 สิงหาคม พ.ศ. 2568 ณ ห้องประชุมชั้น 4 อาคารฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพเชิงบูรณาการ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รศ.ดร.เปรื่อง กิจรัตน์ภร รักษาราชการแทนอธิการบดี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด อีกทั้งได้รับเกียรติจากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ได้แก่ ดร.นงรัตน์ อิสโร ที่ปรึกษาที่ประชุม อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ และคณะมาแลกเปลี่ยนรู้ตลอดระยะเวลาการอบรม การอบรมดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นภายใต้แผนงานพัฒนาพื้นฐาน ด้านการพัฒนาและเสริมสร้างศักยภาพมนุษย์ ตามโครงการยกระดับนวัตกรรมชุมชนด้วยกระบวนการวิศวกรสังคม (พัฒนาท้องถิ่น) โดยมี วัตถุประสงค์ ดังต่อไปนี้
1. เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับแนวคิดและความสำคัญของ Soft Skills ที่ จำเป็นในศตวรรษที่ 21 สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษา
2. เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะของอาจารย์ในการออกแบบและจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ที่ส่งเสริม Soft Skills ควบคู่กับความรู้ทางวิชาการ
3. เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้ “กระบวนการวิศวกรสังคม” ในการ จัดการเรียนการสอน
ผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมประกอบด้วย คณาจารย์จากคณะต่าง ๆ ของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร ซึ่งถือเป็นกลุ่มเป้าหมายสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนานักศึกษาให้ เป็นบัณฑิตที่มีความรู้ คู่คุณธรรม และทักษะชีวิตที่พร้อมต่อการดำรงตนในสังคม
The Office of Arts and Culture, in collaboration with Student Development Division at Phranakhon Rajabhat University, organised a workshop training program titled "Teaching and Learning Management for Soft Skills Development" on 27-28, 2025, at the Integrated Professional Practice Building's 4th Floor Conference Room. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Preung Kitratporn, the University's Acting President, gave speech to open the training. The session also featured prominent guest speakers, such as Dr. Nong-rat Issaro, Advisor to the Council of Rajabhat University Presidents, and her team, who offered their knowledge and experiences during the course. The program's aims were as follows: To improve awareness and comprehension of the principles and value of Soft Skills required for the twenty-first century, particularly among higher education students. To improve faculty skills in planning and directing learning programs that enhance Soft Skills alongside academic knowledge. To develop an understanding of how to use the "Social Engineer Process" in teaching and learning. Participants in the program comprised faculty members from Phranakhon Rajabhat University's several departments. They are an important target group for driving student development to produce graduates with both academic knowledge and moral integrity, as well as the necessary life skills to thrive in society.
